For this year only the London Antique Arms  Fair will have a change of venue.

The oldest and most prestigious antique  arms fair in U.K. is being held this year at  Fort de Seclin, near Lille in France as part  of the Passchendaele Salute 2017

The 99th London Antique Arms Fair  www.antiquearmsfairsltd.co.uk will have a wide range of antique arms, armour, sporting guns & militaria on display and for sale with dealers from the UK and Europe.

The official launch of the Passchendaele  Salute 2017 took place at Firepower, the  Royal Artillery Museum at Woolwich on 15  September 2015.

John Slough and Erwin Ureel welcomed everyone to the event, an address was given by Brigadier General Matthew  Overton, Canadian Military Attache for  London, on behalf of the Patron, Mr Gordon Campbell, High Commissioner for  Canada.

The Chief Executive of the charity Combat  Stress, Mr Peter Poole was also in attendance.

The very moving song, 'The Road to Passchendaele' was sung by the composer, Alan Brydon on guitar accompanied by Pipe Major Mark Bissett on the pipes.

A champagne reception was provided by the Camden Society.
